Most of you must have watched the music video he released on March 30th, 2017 by now and I thought I should set things straight about the very beginning part of the song were he wore some kind of vestment usually worn by the topmost hierarchy in some religious groups...
The vestment looked like what any religious leader (especially in the Catholic Church) would wear. I don't know how Kendrick got his and only him can explain better why he chose to put it on. I am definitely not offended at all. I believe he's a very creative person with good intentions. The kind of point he's trying to put across wearing the vestment, he only knows...but it better be a respectful one!
