The 2019 ESPY Awards aired on Wednesday, July 10 2019. This is the time when celebrities especially athletes converge to be honored for their accomplishments in various categories throughout the previous and present year...
It got to the category where Usher was to present the Pat Tillman Award for Service to Marine Corps to veteran Kirstie Ennis, who was injured during her Afghanistan deployment, forced into a medical retirement but continued to touch and inspire lives despite being an amputee.
After the video clip in honour of Kirstie played for the audience, Usher followed up with:
And if that wasn’t enough, you guys don’t know, she also, too, climbed in Joshua tree --- naked. She deserves an award for that, alone. Tattoos, crazy.
